Use Base's integration with Microsoft Teams to push messages from Base to Teams, and vice versa, to make organizing information easier, simpler, and more intuitive. Plus, create Teams Meetings when using Base Scheduler.

Microsoft Teams and Base
Teams is a chat-based collaboration tool that allows teams to work together and share information via a common space.
โ
From Teams, push messages into Base to quickly capture inputs as they flow in. Review the messages in Base Inbox without losing context, then convert them into project tasks, follow up questions, contact details, or custom notes, for as many executives as you support.

From Base, push messages into Teams to quickly share information or questions with executives and eliminate back and forth. Schedule send messages with executive briefs, decision streams, itineraries, and more, so your messages arrive at the best time.
From Base, you can also create meetings in Scheduler with a Teams Meeting as the conferencing type.
Requirements for installation
You must have a Base account.
IT admin approval and permissions consent
Approval from an IT admin is required to make the Base for Teams integration available for all users in an organization.
IT admins should also accept the permissions that the app requires on behalf of the organization. To grant admin consent:
In the Microsoft Teams admin center, under Manage apps, locate Base.
Under Permissions, click Review permissions to grant admin consent.
Set up the Teams integration in Base
In Base, navigate to the Workspace Settings for your desired workspace.
Click Integrations and scroll to Microsoft Teams.
Authenticate your Microsoft account. Upon completion, Base displays your connected account details.
Click Add Base App. This directs you to Microsoft Teams to add the Base for Teams application. (Instead of this step, you can also go directly to Teams, search for "Base" in the Apps tab, then add the application.)
Have multiple workspaces? You must authenticate your Microsoft account for each workspace in Base.
If you have more than one Microsoft account, you may connect different Microsoft accounts to different workspaces in Base.
You only need to add the Base for Teams app once per Microsoft account.
Sharing a workspace with other users? Each user needs to authenticate their own Microsoft account in the workspace and add the Base app to Teams. You'll only see your account listed in the workspace settings.
Onboarding flow in Teams
When the integration is installed, you will have access to the Base bot in your 1:1 chat. The Base bot can assist with logging in or out of Base.
Bot interactions
login: logs you in to Base
logout: logs you out of Base
