How to add a workspace photo / avatar

Adding a picture (or avatar) to each workspace helps identify each executive workspace at a glance.

Adding a photo of your executive to each workspace will help identify the workspace you're working in at a quick glance. To add a photo / avatar, follow the steps below.

  1. Navigate to Workspace Settings from the menu in the upper right hand corner.

  2. On the General tab, click the square to the left of the Executive name field. You'll see the words "Change your photo" if you hover over the square.

  3. Select the image you'd like to use and click Open.

  4. Click Save.
