If you created a workspace in one account and would like to transfer that workspace and all associated data to another account, please review the requirements below. If these requirements have been met, reach out to us at [email protected] (or via the chat bubble in Base), and Customer Support will assist in transferring the workspace. We currently do not support in-app transfers of workspaces by users.

Workspace account transfer requirements:

  • The requestor must be an Account Admin where the workspace currently resides. If you are on an Individual plan, you are the Account Admin. For Business plans, Account Admins have access to the team's Account Settings. If you are unable to access Account Settings, reach out to your team's Account Admin.
  • The Account you are transferring to must be part of a Business plan. Individual accounts are not eligible to receive an incoming workspace transfer.
