This article will outline the steps for adding Decision Streams, Tasks, and Events to a Digest.
Locating and using the "Add Block" icon
Navigate to Digest Builder using the Feature Selection Menu.
Create a new Digest from scratch, or from a Template using the "+ New Digest" button.
Hover over sections of your Digest to reveal the "Add Block" icon.
Click the icon.
Adding a Decision Stream
Within the Add Block menu, click "Decision Stream."
Select the Decision Stream you'd like to add.
Your Decision Steam is now linked within the Digest.
Adding a Task Block
Within the Add Block menu, select "Task Block"
Select a Status, Tags, and Due Dates, while keeping in mind all Tasks meeting this criteria will be added to this Digest. Then click "Add Tasks."
Adding an Event Date Range Block
Within the Add Block menu, select "Events by Date Range."
Enter a desired Date range, while keeping in mind all events meeting this criteria will be added to this Digest.
Click "Add Events." All events from within that date range will be added to the Digest using the detail settings found within Digest Settings.
Adding Events using the Event Selector
Locate the Event Selector on the right side of the screen. Search by the event name or edit the date range to find specific events. Filter by Tags, Event Types, and Calendars by using the Filter Icon.
Click and drag single events from the Event Selector anywhere in the Digest.
To add multiple events, click in the top right corner of each event, then click and drag anywhere in the Digest.
Adding Tasks using the Task Selector
Locate the Task Selector on the right side of the screen. Search for Tasks and select Task Status (Open or Completed). Filter Tasks by Tags and Due Date by clicking the Filter icon.
Click and drag single Tasks from the Task Selector anywhere in the Digest.
To add multiple Tasks, click in the top right corner of each Task, then click and drag anywhere in the Digest.
