It is often considered best practice to assign a title to a Decision Stream. Titles can provide context about the questions included in the stream or help you identify the stream in other parts of the product. A title will help you ensure you're selecting the correct stream in a Digest or identify a past stream in Decision Stream. To add a title:
In Decision Stream, select the questions you'd like to share in the order in which you'd like them to appear.
Click the Share button in the upper right hand corner.
In the Name This Group of Questions field, assign a title to the Decision Stream.
Share via the dialogue box or navigate to Decision Stream to include the stream in your Digest.
